1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tv9 as the service provider. They cover all services offered on the platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and any other platform features.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform. tv9 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on tv9. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tv9 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. tv9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the tv9 platform solely for lawful purposes and within the limits of applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or commit fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tv9 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access services.
- Sharing or transferring account balances between users without written authorisation.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Exploiting promotions or bonuses through dishonest or unauthorised means.
- Placing opposing bets to lock in profits from promotions.
Tv9 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while an investigation is in progress.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the tv9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX and local e-wallets.
Deposits are subject to the minimum limits set on the platform's payment page. Deposits are typically processed shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. tv9 may request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Tv9 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers. All such charges are the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Tv9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. tv9's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided "as is" and tv9 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical interruptions.
Tv9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account where there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a relevant authority. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, unless the balance is the result of activity that violates these terms.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time through tv9's customer support channels.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and technology on the tv9 platform are the exclusive property of tv9 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The tv9 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. tv9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites before using them.
Tv9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the tv9 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
